19 Days left for all employers or self-employers to implement new asbestos abatement regulations



That is correct, only 19 days are left to identify if any asbestos is present in the workplace. The Department of Labor implemented the new abatement regulations on 10 Nov 2020 and allowed an 18 months grace period to implement the regulations. The 18 months expire on the 10 of May 2022.
